New stuff from eBay and some Christmas crafting♥

Howdy.

Didn't get any time to post last week even thought I had a day off.
But that means that now I have more to post about.

Firstly there's some stuff I got from eBay and lastly some Christmas cards and gifts I've made. Sadly this year I didn't have enough time to make all the cards myself, so all except the cards for Mom and Dad were bought, thought I did add some glitter and/or pears to them.
At least I managed to send them on time...

I am doing my best on the gifts part thought. Most I'll be making myself, unless I happen to see something that I think would fit someone perfectly.

Anyway, on with the show!

^ Here's the new stuff from eBay! Two pairs of earrings (the rose ones have tiny crystals inside♥), eyelash adhesive (Korean/Chinese cheap stuff is the best) a new mascara and some small brushes for small details. I tried to take some pictures of how the mascara looks but I failed..

.......

And next is couple new bags. Not from eBay thought.

^ We got these shopping bags at work and I fell in love with this one. And now I carry all the stuff I buy in it. So much better to carry than the average plastic bag.

^ And my early Christmas gift! My old big hand bag was.. well, old. And half dead. So it was time for a new one. And so it happened that after telling about seeing this lovely new bag at Sokos mall I was promised it.

.......

And now some artsy-fartsy craftings.

^ Hand made Christmas cards for Mom and Dad.

^ A hairband for my boss's daughter. The rose can also be taken off and worn as a brooch etc.

^ Added some pearls to the hairband to make it more interesting.

^ And nothing else but a pink high heel for the little Princess.

^ And a wreath. Might give this to my boss too, since the necklace feels a bit.. Well, not enough.

^ Closer.

.......

And that's it for today. Next post will be up most likely some day next week. Not on Sunday since we're having some guests here (Mom and my little brother♥). And tomorrow we're having a little Christmas part at work.

Anyway, next post might be about more eBay stuff if they get here. Or something else.

Magazine & eBay! + Sorry for lateness!

EDIT:
Post below was actually written on Sunday the 15th. But I was so tired I had forgotten to actually publish it.. And realized it now! Laame...

Anyway.. Here it is, slightly late..
.......
.......

Good evening!
Well, almost good night. I should be asleep already. I need to get up early tomorrow, since I have a meeting with an important person. I'll tell more details later, when I find out what the big deal is about. But apparently it might be something great?!

Anyway, probably a busy week coming. We'll see.

...

So I was thinking I could tell more about those magazines I got! I read them again today and took some pics to show. There were some pretty nice things there, and I really liked some of the ad pages there. Yes, I'm a sucker for pretty ads.. >_>

Anyways, here are some of the interesting things I found!

^ 1. A new perfume from Katy Perry. Yup! A sucker for ads. I need to check this baby out next week.
2. And those shoes! They just look gorgeous :)

^ 3. Another pretty ad. This time from The Make Up Store. They have great eyeshadows and lipsticks!
4. Most delicious looking pages in the magazine. Yum!

^ 5. & 6. More pretty ads!♥

^ And then another magazine. From Glitter actually. I really loved the look this small booklet had. And the themes were great. I picked some of my favourites to show.

^ Had to pick these two for the last. Couple things I'd really love to try out at some point! Tiedye, long perfect waves and a floral headband.
Thought I've heard that those hair chalks don't really stick to naturally red hair :F

.......

Mmmm! Wouldn't believe how much I had fun just from reading those magazines.

Next is some of the new stuff I've gotten.
I'll add the pics and then tell about them under those. Tadah!

^ I went to the Sokos mall yesterday after work. There was a "Buy two Lumene Narutal Code products, get an eyeliner for free." Can't say no to eyeliners.
So I got myself a facial clay mask and a glitter nail varnish (red, blue and silver glitter). And after testing them out yesterday, I'm very pleased with them.
Not to mention that Lumene Narutal Code products aren't that expensive either!

.. I should've gotten myself a new mascara, while there..

^ Got a cute pink basket for my crafts! :D
And the pink polka dot thing is another eyeliner, from Korea (possibly..). This is my second one, and I really like it. It's the kind that you can just peel off of your eyes when you want to remove your makeup! Very nice :D

^ And then some of the eBay stuff I got! And some others. The first three I've gotten a while ago (wouldn't be surprised if I had already posted about them. Can't remember.). They're from Kone Helsinki. And in the second picture all the nail varnishes I got from Korea. From brands called Lioele and Etude House. And a friend gave me the black nail caviar. Still haven't tested it. But it looks fun!

^ And last, but not least! A new liptint. I'm also a sucker for these babies. I've wanted to have an orange one for so long and I finally found a promising one. And I love it. From the picture you can see how well it works, with just one coat! Very lovely. Lot's of freckles.

.......

Anyway, that's all for tonight. I'm getting really tired and as I told you, I need to get up early. So, see you next week!

.......
.......

Soo... I'll try to get the new post up later this week (the one I was supposed to post today..).

But a small report of my past week.

It indeed is something big and important. The thing I had on Monday. It is also the reason why I've been very stressed and tired this week. But maybe it'll be worth it.

I also went and got myself that new mascara. And that Katy Perry perfume. It is heavenly!

But yeah. I am so very tired. I'm off to bed.
Good night lovelies.

Kittens!

Heeello!

And no, not real kittens.

As I told before, I got some extra cash and was able to do another eBay purchase. Cosmetics haven't arrived yet, however, something else did.
My new kitten collar jewellery. And now I can also show you my "new" flats I got in June.

Pictures are taken from eBay and Amazon, since I just wasn't able to get any good pictures with my Lumia.

^ Now I just need a light coloured shirt to wear these with! Or a separate collar :)
Price was around 3€.

^ Shoes weren't much, around 20€. Mine however, have back gems, not clear/white. Very cute!

.......

Bam! There you go.

Anyways, as soon as my cosmetics arrive I'll make a new post about them.

As for other things, my projects are still half way done, but I'm getting there!
Some wall decor, jewellery etc..

And on another note, my friend just moved to the same city where I live, so I'll be helping her with some painting stuff ♥
.......

I gotta go! I'll try to make the next post longer.

Something I've been dying to have!

Almost, at least.
Couple months ago I saw these DIY stamp kits somewhere, but at that time I didn't realize to check eBay for them. Now couple weeks ago I saw a similar kit in a blog somewhere and decided to check if there's be anything on eBay.
And there was! Many in fact.

There were different kinds too; Ballerina, Fairy, Child, Animals, Cats, Circus and Jewellery. I wanted to get the cat one, but I could only find very expensive ones (and we're really tight on money for the next few months, so I don't get a chance to buy anything else for a while..). Anyway, I was battling between the Ballerina set and the Fairy set, and ended up getting the latter one.

Wasn't that expensive, around 5€, and for that many stamps, not to mention it was a DIY kit, not bad. Not bad at all. And it didn't even take long to arrive, a bit past a week I think.

^ Stamp kit comes in a little metal box, and contains black "sponges" for the stamps, stamps themselves and stickers to add to the back of the stamp, so you know what picture it is.

^ The stamp pieces are all in one sheet, so I took my X-acto knife (but this can also be done with scissors) and started playing a surgeon. After that it was time to attach all the stamps to the sponges. The sponges come with one side glued, so it was easy to just place the stamps on the sponge.

^ After that part was done, I put all the stickers on their rightful places and then put all the stamps neatly into their box.

.......

Very easy, very cheap and quality seems to be great as well! I highly recommend getting something like this, it's very fun to make and all the stamp patterns look nice, even on the other sets that I was checking out.

The next post will be a quick DIY, and there you can see how I've used these stamps.

.......

Well, this stamp box wasn't actually the only thing I've been dying to have. The greatest of them all, is my new mouse! ♥
I've had to deal with a crappy mouse, and gaming has been impossible for me. But now I finally have a new, shiny Logitech gaming mouse!♥

^ Tadah! I decided to get this one (or more like my fiancé did.. ), because my fiancé has this exact mouse himself, and I had been trying it out before I made my decision. Fits well in my tiny hand, the surface feels nice and I love how fast and precise it is! And all the small buttons are but extra to me ;)

.......

And, being the scavenger I am, of course I had to break my old mouse into pieces and take everything usable from it. I have also done this to our old coffee maker.
Not sure if I'll post about them, I don't think many share my interest into destroying and scavenging things :P

.......

Last, but not least, is couple clearance stuffs I got from Finnish craft store company, Tiimari. They sell a lot of crafting stuffs, stationery, cards, cardmaking and scrapbooking things, not to mention all decorating stuffs. There's a summer clearance going on in almost every store now (which sucks since I don't have any extra money >_> ).

Why I went there, was to find myself a box or something similar, to put all my makeups into. Every since box I've been looking at, has been too deep for my use.
But now there were these round wicker plates/bowls (1,5€/4pieces), so I thought, why not, I've been looking for something like this for months now. Their colour was nice too, deep dark aubergine ♥

I also got some sparkly brads. I've bought these same brads before, and I really like the different golden shades they have.

^ Picture quality sucks like usual. However you can still see the colours quite clearly, and that's all that matters ♥

.......

And that was it again! I have new things waiting, and still not ready with those few projects that I have. I always get the inspiration to do something else, and then I have many projects unfinished. :P

I'll probably post that quick DIY post later this week.
See you guys later, don't forget to leave a comment!♥

Nail varnishes, finally!

I can't believe it's already Thursday. Time goes by too fast, I don't even get time to think.

Not to mention that it's too hot to even try thinking..

However, I finally got this post up!

.......

And so...
If you ask me, I don't think I have that many nail varnishes. And most of them are from Kone Helsinki, since the store I get them from sells them really cheap, and the quality is actually very good, even with price as low as 3bottles/5€. Not bad at all, especially when I can't really buy 10€/bottle nail varnishes...

Thought I keep lusting after O.P.I nail varnishes. I've managed to get myself one from eBay, for less than 10€. Well, pretty much everything else except those Kone Helsinki varnishes are from eBay..

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of myself actually wearing these colours on my nails, so can't give you guys any hints of how they look on nails.

But let's start with many pictures!

^ So first there's of course everything needed to prep my nails. Nail varnish remover, scissors, cuticle pusher, nail file, nail strengthener pen & varnish and hand cream. Only thing missing is my cuticle oil pen. And of course base & top coat.

^ These small bottles I've gotten from eBay. They were 0,99£ each. And all of them have a different smell to them. For example the indigo varnish smells like blueberries. Brand seems to be DongDong.

^ And here's first of the Kone Helsinki varnishes. These are gold shaded (the one on the left will be in another picture below.). The one in the middle is more glittery. And the right one is rose gold coloured.

^ Here's all my red varnishes. All from Kone Helsinki. The red on the right will be in a picture below. And pinks are all on the left.

^ These are part of the Duo Chrome set (I have five of them, in the picture below.) The colours are great, but unlike the rest of Kone Helsinki varnishes, these need more coats to look good (around 4 coats).

^ Here's all of the Duo Chrome effect varnishes. The colours change depending on light or shadow. The purple one seems bit golden, blue seems dark purple, green looks olive gold, red looks dark brick colour, and the golden one shades to pink.

^ Here's my glitter varnishes, and also my most expensive varnishes.
From left: Layla Nail Polish - copper ceramic effect, Nfu Oh! corset bottled glitter top coats (eBay), We Care Icon - Diamond varnish (light silvery colour), Missha - iridescent glitter top coat (eBay) and last but not least is O.P.I - Metallic 4 Life varnish from eBay(needs a base colour under for better look).

^ Etude House - Gradient nail varnishes.

^ Of course I've also gotten myself some Konad stuff. Going to try making corset nail art with the fishnet pattern. Got these from eBay too.

^ And my newest additions, pale gold varnish and black & white confetti top coat.

.......

It's too hot in here. And thunderstorm is on it's way here. Well, at least it's not sunny anymore ^^ ♥

I hope I'll get the next post up earlier. There's some new things I want to show you guys! I've been repainting doll accessories lately and gotten my neck very sore from that. I also got myself some new cute flats, since my old flats broke... :/

I'm also planning on some new artsy-craftsy stuff here, going to post about them when I'm done.

Happy soon-to-be-here weekend to you all, remember to drink a lot of water!

New clothes!♥

I know it's not Sunday anymore. Yesterday I was sure it was still Saturday, and by the time I was going to bed I realized what day it actually was. I guess it's because I spent almost whole day crafting shoes for dolls. I was done by 0100am and very tired... Oh, I never mentioned that I've got a thing for dolls? ;D

However I got to finish what I started and I'm quite proud of the tiny shoes I've made. I don't have any pictures now, but I might post about them at some point.

.......

Anyway, on with the new post!

As I've told you all, I was visiting my family in Nummela, and I brought back some new clothes.
I went shopping with my mother and since one clothing shop that sells clothes for fat women, we decided to go and check if there'd be anything for me.

And there was! I finally got myself some black capri pants!♥
No more hot summer days in long black jeans. Unfortunately I have no picture of those pants, but they're quite simple, fitted capris with few silver studs.

I also got myself two new, very light knitted shirts. They're great for all seasons, especially summer since they're very light, so it won't get too hot when wearing them.
And yes I wear long sleeves in the summer since I get sunburnt so easily, and I hate using sunblock, especially because it's so thick and sticky, and I'd have to add it once every 30 minutes...
And finally I have some other colours in my closet! And I've got couple pictures of those shirts.

^ The first one is quite long, and even thought here it looks like dark bright orange, it's more like bright coral.

^ This one is shorter, sleeves too. Material is same in both shirts. And I love the dusky rose colour it has♥

.......

Next I have two dresses to show. I got these from my friend♥ She was selling them in a online auction, but knowing that she'd never get much from them, she thought it would be better to give them to someone who knows their worth. Plus I've always wanted to have 50's dresses, but never had the money or never found dresses with nice patterns and correct sizing.
And the reason my friend didn't keep them herself, was her huge boobs :D
Too big for the dresses. So finally something good came out of my small tits. yay♥

Both are halter neck dresses and knee length.

^ First dress has pink peonies (and some other pink flowers etc..) on it.

^ Close-up of the flowers, sweetheart neckline. This dress also has a belt made from same floral fabric.

^ Second dress has more tropical feel to it. Parrots, pineapples, hibiscus flowers and monstera leaves.

^ And very fancy neckline.

.......

I've also gotten something small for myself. I bought a beautiful chiffon shirt from eBay (it was less than 5€!). And to my surprise, the size was perfect, even thought I was feeling a bit doubtful. After all, I got it from china, so the size was, what, Chinese XXXL? Not sure. Thankfully they had centimetre measurements there, so I was quite hopeful. And it was just perfect for me, plus with such a low price (and even the quality is great!) I might even get another one.

I also got myself another jewellery "stand", or in this case, a hanger. Because the ones I've gotten from eBay are already full...

Anyway, some pictures!♥

^ My second white cloth in ten years! Love the chiffon fabric, it's very light, and it's not too translucent. Perfect for hot summer days.

^ Also liking the black lace very much, plus the "formality" of this shirt, meaning cuffs and collar. It is a pullover shirt (so the buttons are there just for the looks), and clearly it's made for people with very small heads and no glasses. I have to take off my glasses to be able to get this shirt on. And even my false eyelashes are in danger :P

^ And this baby I got from Tiger! I can hand earrings, necklaces and bracelets to it :3

.......

And last, but not least, is a souvenir from Nepal!
As some of you may remember how I told about my dad and little brother hiking over there, conquering Himalayas :P
Dad got me two of them, one for me and one for my fiancé.

Made from yak fur (smells like animal!♥).

^ Picture is quite dark, even with all the possible lightings I could get...

.......

Unfortunately this is all the time I've got for now, I need to start getting ready to go out. A package is waiting for me at our local post office, can't wait!♥
Also, I'm quite busy this week, but I'll do my best to get that darn nail varnish post up, hopefully next weekend! I've only got to take couple new pictures and that should be it!

And off I go, see you!
